• Precise Location Data (GPS): We collect precise location data in the background and foreground exclusively at the exact moment the employee taps the "Check In" or "Check Out" button. This is required to verify that the employee is within the designated work premises.
• Camera and Photos: We request camera access to allow employees to upload their profile pictures and scan IDs.
• Personal Information: We store basic employee information including Name, Employee ID, Phone Number, and Email Address to manage profiles and attendance records.

3. How We Use Your Information

The collected data is used strictly for internal company HR operations: verifying physical attendance, calculating payroll based on leaves, and managing internal employee profiles. We do not sell or share this data with any third-party advertisers or external entities.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between the TDH Attendance app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Employee records are stored securely on our dedicated company servers.
